Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, we accept returns on unworn items in their original heat-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To maintain strict hygiene standards, any jewelry that has been opened or removed from its original seal cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ensure your items are still in their original, unopened clear plastic heat-sealed bags and that the 'void if opened' seal is intact.

Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a padded envelope or the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
